The GR1 GR2 GR3 GR4 titanium coil has excellent comprehensive properties and is widely used in the petrochemical industry (eg.tubular quality coils). Tensile strength test、yield strength test、elongation test、bend test、dimensional inspection of XRUN products are 100% strictly inspected with guaranteed quality and competitive price of low cost. All titanium coil in accordance with ASTM B265 & ASME SB265 and had adopted ISO9001:2015 and EN9100:2018 Quality System Authorities. The tolerance will be tested according to standard's required or specific requirement by customer.

Manufacturing process:
After mixing the titanium sponge and intermediate alloy, the electrode is pressed. Then vacuum plasma welding box is used to weld the electrode to ensure there is no inclusion and external pollution risk. The next step is carrying out twice VAR melting to obtain high clean and uniform ingot. After that the 5000T High-speed forging equipment is used for several times forging process with large deformation to effectively break the grain. Next divide finished slabs into roughing mill (four-high reversible rolling mill) and finishing mill (Sendzimir mill & E1、R1-F1-F8 rolling process system) which through hot rolling and cold rolling.
GR1 GR2 GR3 GR4 Titanium coil include hot rolling coil and cold rolling coil, cold rolling coil depends substantially on the quality of hot rolling coil and subsequent process (eg. heat treatment, shot blasting, pickling, degrease&anneal). Finally products across edge cutting and slitting, allows different grade titanium coil in a variety of size and new categories (plate & sheet).
