Mold Making Process
1.3D mold design approved(Approved by Maurice)
2.Order steel for the whole molds
3.2D wire cutting drawing, drill holes drawing, lathe drawing and other 2D drawing.
4.Programming for core, cavity, sliding and so on that we plan machining it in Belldies, programming for electrode.
5.Inspect steel dimension, and straight, flat, 90 degree face to face by each team leader.
6.Drilling hole( Screw holes, water line).
7.Rough out, heat treated(Mold making leader arrange).
8.After Heat treatment steel, and grinder flat also finished(Each mold leader checked every face to face 90 degree and dimension).
9.Finish machining(Tooling department leader make machining arrangements).
10.Wire-cutting(Tooling department leader make machining arrangements).

11.Electro-discharge machining(The electrode is change of mould leader check and repair, tooling department leader make machining arrangements).
12.Fitting mold(mold team leader).
We have a complete management system. From order confirmation to shipment, our project dept. will take charge of the order wholly. We will report the order status periodically.
The following is our mould production flow chart:
-Customer confirm the product design, then start the mould design
-After the mould design confirmation, then place the production list
-Mould base and components purchasing and production
-Follow the tooling process by processing dept.
-1st Mould testing (or 2nd Mould testing if necessary), check the product dimension and take down the mould testing report.
-Send the testing sample to customer for improvements or confirmation, and instruction of mould shipping.
-Mould packing and shipment, together with mould operation instruction, mould assembling drawing, spare parts list and mould quality certificate

Q:How do you pack the finished plastic mould?
A:We pack the plastic mould with wooden box .
Here are the main 3 operation steps .
First step : We daub some rust preventive oil on the mould .
Second step : We pack the mold within plastic film to avoid moisture .
Third step :We put this plastic film packed mold in a wooden box and fix it avoid any movement .
